How to Report a Vulnerability

lf you discover a security issue, report it to: support-service@doogee.com

Please include:

a description of the vulnerability;
steps to reproduce;
product model and version; and
supporting evidence (if available)

Our Response

Acknowledgement: within 30 days.
Assessment: within 3 months.
Fix: we aim to release security fixes as quickly as practical.

Security Updates

We provide a minimum of 3 years of security updates from the date each product is first made available for sale in the UK/EU. If we extend this period, we will publish the extended period.

End of support: After the security update period, devices will continue to function but will not receive security patches. We will notify customers at least 6 months before end of support.
